Data Augmentation for Brain Tumour Detection


Description Brain Tumour detection, due to the multitude of  appearance and shape they can take, is a highly challenging machine learning task
Task The interested student(s) will explore deep learning data augmentation solutions to reliably increase the amount of  training material needed to train a robust brain tumour detection system
Utilises OpenCV, Python and related deep learning toolkit, generative adversarial networks
Requirements Preliminary knowledge in Machine Learning, Good programming skills (e.g. Python, C++)
