It is expected that the participants will arrive on Sunday 6 and depart on Friday 11. If you want to arrive earlier/depart later please feel free to contact the organizers.
A social event will be part of the programme, details to be announced.
Registration will be open till March 15, 2008. Please fill in the registration form and mail it here.

The nunnery will accept EC or Maestro cards, but no credit cards or traveller cheques.
| Accommodation |
The meeting will take place at the nunnery Frauenwörth, located on the Fraueninsel (Women's Island) within Lake Chiem in Bavaria, close to Munich.
There are three categories of rooms:

Meals will be taken in the neighbouring Restaurant "Klosterwirt".
