Embedded Systems are computer systems which control technical processes, e.g. production ac tivity control in a factory, ticket machine, or antilock brack system in a car. Ubiquitous Computing denotes embedded systems which can autonomously respond to their environment. Organic Computing aims on technical systems which adapt dynamically to the currend conditions of its environment.
